Thank you for
being here.
We were designed to be able to oscillate effortlessly between the stress and relaxation response, but life has put up so many barriers that have stood in the way of our doing so. In a world where the act of doing is more celebrated than the state of being, and where materialism, wealth and status continue to stand at the forefront of how success is defined; the pliability of our nervous systems is at risk because it is impossible to keep up with the constant chase.
oases exist.
We all but need to dissolve the barriers within ourselves that obscure their discovery. This journey is about tracing your way back to homeostasis - where the demands of life do not out-strip the body’s resources, where you learn the art of holding space for yourself, or others, to unravel as they need, without fear or judgement. To pause, and learn how to be in the moment where there is no rush to move into the future, or contemplate the past. To practice the art of being, in the now, simply.

Gabrielle crumbled under the stress of the corporate world and reclaimed her lost self through yoga. She now follows her dharma to help others to manage their stress through the means of mindfulness, meditation, and the discipline of yoga.
A Season
of Giving
In the spirit of the upcoming Christmas season, I will be hosting 4 Christmas Charity Restorative Yoga classes.
My share of the proceeds will be donated to Voices for Animals (T14SS0132G), where I have been volunteering for the past 12 years to help rescue, rehabilitate and re-home ex-commercial breeding dogs; it is also the same shelter where my 3 special needs dogs are from.
It is often said that experiences are more meaningful than material gifts, and my hope is that you will consider gifting the practice to a cherished friend or loved one who might be in need of some head space, an outlet to release tension, or a life-changing practice.
