Workplace Wellbeing
The act of self care cannot afford to be a trend; it has to take form through thought, words and action. Only through this can we alter our values in a positive way, changing our level of tolerance and approach to burnout, stress-related illnesses and modern day expectations.
Such is the path towards altering the destiny of our health and lives, and together with OASIS Workplace Wellbeing we are set to be the change we wish to see in this world.

Mr Kenneth Tan, AIA’s chief corporate solutions officer, says: “With full-time employees in Singapore averaging over 40 hours per week at work, employers hold a crucial responsibility in supporting their employees’ mental health.”
