Restorative Yoga with Hammock Savasana and Sound Bath (23 Dec)

You’re invited to unwind with the sounds and vibrations of Singing Bowls in a deeply nourishing Restorative Yoga practice. Along with meditation, mindful breathing and the full support of props, the aim of the session is to help ease tension and elicit the body’s relaxation response to regulate our nervous system.

For the final 30 minutes, participants will be able to be swaddled by an aerial silk suspended from the ceiling, and be hugged in a cocoon of comfort for a levitating Savasana. The weightless nature of this, paired with the organic hold of a second skin, induces a sense of safety, which opens the door for deeper states of relaxation to be experienced.

Group Privates are capped at 12 pax per session - this event is open to both Pure members and non-members.
