In this unique 3-hour workshop, the body will be supported by the Wall Rope in passive restorative yoga postures to promote decompression in the joints and rejuvenate the spine.
Along with guided relaxation and breathwork, this Wall Rope Restorative Yoga practice will cradle the body effortlessly in order for practitioners to unbind tension from underlying mental and emotional stressors which may trigger difficulty in relaxation.
The extended time dedicated to the poses can also induce deep relaxation to nourish the commonly burdened areas of the body such as the neck and lower back. Practitioners will also have the option to do semi-inversions or inversions, which help to drain lymph fluid from the legs and stimulate the relaxation response.
